All Sales are FINAL. There are NO RETURNS NOR REFUNDS as every unit is custom made or custom dyed and/or cut and styled and take several hours even days to make.

If the unit is lost in transit (meaning that it is NOT marked as DELIVERED) then the unit can be remade and resent. If it is marked as DELIVERED it is NOT considered lost.

For Custom Orders please send photo examples/ideas to superbaddiekawaii@gmail.com. Prior consultation is REQUIRED for all custom orders before approved for purchase. A customized link will be sent based on order.
