Shipping and Processing

Domestic Shipping (US): 2-3 days to process/ship for lashes, 5-7days process/ship for ready made wigs, and 7-10 days process/ship for made 2 order wigs. After the processing period and once shipped, your order should arrive within 7 business days. All orders come with tracking.

*Due to Covid-19, orders may take longer to process and ship.

Do you ship worldwide?

We do! Although some locations may be limited due to postal services available. *Please note, any customs fees that may incur are the responsibility of the recipient/purchaser and not of Super Baddie Kawaii (SBK). Please see your country's policies before ordering. Do you accept returns/refunds?

All lashes are final sale, non-refundable, and cannot be returned unless order fails to be delivered. 

If lashes are lost but marked as delivered, only a partial refund can be given but at the discretion of Super Baddie Kawaii (SBK). This is because once the packages are shipped, the transport and delivery of packages are the responsibility of USPS and the delivery instructions/correct address provided by the recipient.

Lost packages

SBK cannot replace any packages that are lost due to an incorrect address. Please be sure to provide the correct address and double check your address before placing your order.
