What is Super Baddie Kawaii?

Super Baddie Kawaii is a high-energy, colorful, and upbeat beauty brand with anime influences (*cough*SAILOR MOON*). We offer unique and high quality lashes, cosmetics, and wigs for cosplay, drag, and any and all types of creative expression. We hope to eventually broaden our range of products.

When do you typically restock?

Typically we restock every 2-3 weeks depending on inventory levels. We usually aim to restock when the majority of styles are out of stock.

Are your lashes cruelty-free? Do you offer vegan lashes?

Yes and Yes! We did our research:) Our lashes are 100% cruelty-free mink lashes. We will be expanding to offer 100% vegan silk lashes as well! Stay tuned!

Are your lashes reusable?

YESSSS!!! All lashes are reusable and wearable up to 15+ times! With proper care and maintenance, you can get up to 20+ uses.

How do I clean/maintain my lashes?

Lash maintenance is simple! Gently remove excess glue build up with your fingers or tweezers after each usage. After 4-5 uses, soak lashes in warm water to clean out mascara and glue residue. Place onto a paper towel and gently brush out lashes using the a spoolie (we provide this free!) Then late air dry and place back into case.

How much is shipping?

Do you ship worldwide?

We do! Although some locations may be limited due to postal services available. *Please note, any customs fees that may incur are the responsibility of the recipient/purchaser and not of Super Baddie Kawaii (SBK). Please see your country's policies before ordering. Do you offer returns/refunds?

Yes and No! Lashes cannot be returned nor refunded. However if package is lost but marked as delivered, a partial refund can be made under the discretion of Super Baddie Kawaii. This is because once the package is shipped, it is the responsibility of USPS AND the correct address/delivery instructions provided by the recipient to ensure the proper transport and delivery of the package to the recipient
